How We Ranked The Specs in Our Dragonflight Season 4 Mythic + Healer Rankings
We will Rank each spec with following Criteria
- Healing: Most important criteria in our healer ranking is healing, a healer with more HP/S is always in priority.
- Survivability: If you die to anything in Dungeons you cant heal anyone. A spec without survivability have no value, specially in early season.
- Utility: Utility will make the dungeons to complete easier and without trouble, almost all classes have their own utility and we will check which one is better,
- Damage: Damage is one of the Criteria in our ranking, as it always has been. inviting a Meta healer which is in S+ or A+ Tier will Burst your Dungeon Damage, your tank will take less damage and Dungeon will complete in fastest way possible.

This Tier list have been made with considering 4 tier-set , Fully geared char. Tank Rankings below is from Mythic+20 to +30 from best and ranked players in game, The tier of each spec is determined by its effectiveness and utility of them in Mythic+ key stones. since new season is not live yet and any news, nerf or buff may arrive any time, we will keep this informations updated.

S Tier Healers
Restoration Druid
Resto Druid is one of the strongest healer in dragonflight season 4, due to healing amount, Utility and Mobility. you can move as much as you want and also heal the group as much as you like. its easy to learn and play. Restoration druid is basically based on 
Lifebloom and 
Wild Growth, and refreshing 
Regrowth.
Mistweaver Monk
This Spec have a massive damage and also massive healing, and it have a great playstyle and fun to play. having a lot of cooldowns and spells to use make it a strong and solid choice in dragonflight season 4. Mistweaver will bring a lot of Utility to team due to their cc, and Stuns. get ready to see a lot of Mistweaver monk in new season of dragonflight.
A Tier Healers
Restoration Shaman
Shamans are really Easy and fun to play, you can get master in Restoration in few hours. Restoration shamans are powerful in Aoe Healings Due to 
Healing Rain and 
Chain Heal . Shamans also bring so much utility to team and Bloodlust or Heroism is one of the Great examples. Inviting a Restoration for your group Bloodlust will be a great choice
B Tier Healers
Holy Paladin
Holy paladins are so much good in healing and Survivability but not good enough in DPS. Retribution and Protection paladin are Super Powerful and high tier ranked in Dragonflight season 4 and One of the Main reasons that we put the Paladin In B tier is usually Pugs or groups wont stack paladins and have more than 2 of them in a same group. Holy paladin is Easy to learn and play but you will face problem to get invitation in High keys due to Low dps and Having at least one paladin as tank or dps.
Discipline Priest
We All Know That Discipline Priest is Okay in healing but worse in dps. Discipline is one of the hardest healers to play and learn Due to their low mobility and hard rotations. but if you learn how to play Discipline in the correct way you can shine in Mythic+ Dungeons even in high keystone level. Priests brings so much utility to the team Due to their 
Power Word: Fortitude and 
Mass Dispel .
Preservation Evoker
Preservation Evoker is Base on Aoe Healings and you should always play behind all the players and hit you Breaths to all Group members. Movements and Playing in a Good Angel is so important for Preservation. Evokers are super good in Survivability and Mobility but their damage is not good enough to be in high rank tiers and you will face problem in High Mythic+ Keystone level.
C Tier Healers
Holy Priest
Holy is Super powerful in Single Target healing and worse in AOE and its even harder than Discipline to play. The biggest problem of Priests is their Survivability, Cloth Gears usually take a lot of damages and priests, have only few spells to survive in bad situations but they bring a lot of utility to the team due to Power Word: Fortitude and Mass Dispel . if you could play Holy in correct style and repeat the rotations in best way possible, you can manage to heal even high key mythic+ Dungeons.
