Refund policy
Goatboost offers a “no-questions-asked” full refund to all its customers within 30 days from the purchase date for “agent” services, if the service has not started yet.
Goatboost.net considered service started once the performer has been assigned to the order and the customer has been informed about that. Once Goatboost.net service is purchased, a service level commitment will be offered and you will be notified of an estimated completion time through the purchase process on the website.
This will generally be within a range, e.g.: 1-4 hours.
The upper limit of the range is considered to be the “ETA”.
You are eligible for an 80% refund in case the provision of Services has not started or progress immaterial and the Service provider was assigned to the order.
You are eligible for an 80% refund in case of cancelling pre-order that we can complete.
Your right to a refund is limited solely to the unfulfilled part of the service.
According to reasonable evidence, the service’s fulfillment level will be agreed upon between you and us, and our agreement will not unreasonably be withheld.
IMPORTANT GAME-SPECIFIC EXCEPTIONS TO THE REFUND POLICY

1. Raids
1.1 If your order has already been scheduled but you changed your mind or didn’t come at the scheduled time you are only eligible for a 50% refund.
2. Mythic+
2.2 For Mythic+ services, we attempt to ensure a timed completion so as not to deplete the in-game key. If the run fails, we will offer a further run free of charge, unless there is evidence of non-cooperation, or in any other way proof that you were the reason for the unsuccessful service.
3. PvP
3.1 For Gladiator services, if completed in Piloted mode, will be refunded if not completed by the end of the season. Accounts that are subject to disqualification or suspension for whatever reason do not qualify for refunds. We strongly advise Selfplay and Coaching services to avoid account disruption. We may contemplate fixed refund or compensation arrangements in the event of account disruption ONLY by express agreement in advance of any purchase.
General
You agree that Goatboost isn’t responsible for actions taken by game developers when buying services from Kingboost. You agree that Goatboost is not obliged to issue a refund for any prior completed services, due to the unforeseeable nature of such suspensions. You agree that Goatboost cannot control your own in-game activity and behavior that is outside of the service’s aim and purpose. In case your account has been suspended and we haven’t completed the work fully, we will issue a partial refund calculated accordingly to the completed services.
If the suspension occurred for the use of prohibited programs (such as cheats, or exploits) Goatboost guarantees issuing a 100% refund after Customer provides appropriate documentation that suspension happened due to our Booster’s actions.
If Client fails to pay the Contract Fees, whether by canceling Client’s credit or debit card, initiating an improper chargeback, or any other means, we may suspend or close Client’s Account and revoke Client’s access to the Goatboost Services, and to seek all available remedies under the law. If Goatboost is required to pursue legal action against a User, Goatboost shall also be entitled to reimbursement of attorneys’ fees and other costs of collection to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Kindly note, that we only consider inquiries on the status of your refund after 48 hours have passed after your initial refund request. Refunds are expected to take 3-7 business days to be cleared, Goatboost cannot affect the speed of credit issued refund, it totally depends on the speed of your bank.
